gregor, thank you so much. GOD is awesome. My mother's health is not great and we decided to sale her house. I decided to sell it since she needed extra money. I have never done "for sale by owner". She lives about 30 miles away so I drove back and forth showing her little 1014 sq ft. house by appointments. Well, once we put it up for sale, she could not wait for it to sale. She cannot keep it clean enough for showing...her back causes her great pain. Anyway, it is sold! Praise the Lord. We close next Friday. She has to be out in ONE WEEK. SHe is out of town and does not even know yet! She had stated that she couldn't wait for it to sale after being on the market for a couple weeks. She just felt wore out trying to keep everything very clean for showing. Now she has to be out in ONE WEEK. Be careful what you pray for, YOU MIGHT GET IT!! She will be moving in with me with her two dogs. We have two dogs also and a baby on the way....Things are a change in In our lives.
