Egggmann: Sorry, slightly misleading post, there are no options on COMSV as of right now. There's the current set on (COMS plus PALM) which will continue after 7/27 with changed symbols, then the new set on (COMS minus PALM), i.e. the present COMSV, which will start trading on 8/1 using the same set of option symbols as the present (COMS plus PALM). Confusing? Sure, but what else do we expect? There's a CBOE bulletin that I posted earlier that is a "must read" for anyone owning the current COMS options/LEAPS who intends to hold through 8/1: Message 14067805 If you don't get the symbols right, you could end up say selling naked calls on (COMS sans PALM) instead of selling the actual (COMS plus PALM) options /LEAPS that you actually own. It's all a plot to take us to the cleaners again. David T.
