Amgen wins. "The company said Wednesday that a federal judge in Boston granted its motion for summary judgment of one of the claims of patent infringement in the Transkaryotic case. The court ruled that the Hoechst Marion Roussel,part of what's now the French drug company known as Aventis, and Transkaryotic's pharmaceutical composition containing erythropoietin infringes one of Amgen's claims." cbs.marketwatch.com
