It does, but the way I look at cup and handles is that the idea is to retest the highs and then have the people who bought at the old high panic on the first sign of weakness. Once those sellers are gone, the handle gets formed -- and when the last of those sellers is gone, we explode to the upside. As long as the chart sort of looks like the cup and handle with that sort of thing happening . . . we'll see the explosion. 70 is the point a lot of people bought CSCO before when they thought it was support. It fell thru, came back and that was resistance. Any hands still left get to panic now. Once we're free of them, we go up!
