David C. Olson

David Olson president and major shareholder of EasyWeb, Inc. has been involved in various aspects of the capital formation industry since 1982. Since May 1997 he has been President of Summit Financial Relations, Inc., a Business Finance/Consulting and Investor Relations firm located in the Denver Technological Center. From January 1993 until May 1997, Mr. Olson held various positions as a Vice President of Cohig and Associates, Inc., a brokerage firm with 265 brokers and offices in 23 states that specialized in small cap. and growth stocks, IPO's and Secondary Offerings. While at the firm Mr. Olson held the positions of Branch Office Manager for the firms' top producing branch office, as well as National Sales Manager. Mr. Olson also served on the Corporate Finance Commitment Committee and was involved in private and public financing involving hundreds of millions of dollars and dozens upon dozens of companies. From April 1987 to January of 1993 Mr. Olson was a Registered Rep. also serving as Executive Vice President, National Sales and Syndication for the regional brokerage firm, Kober Financial. Mr. Olson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Modeva Profiles, Inc., a Denver Colorado manufacturer of innovative building materials. He currently serves as President of Mile High Foliage, Inc., a tree farm located in northern Colorado, of which he is a major investor. Mr. Olson believes passionately in the limitless potential currently available to participants in the Internet revolution.
Robert Zappa

Robert Zappa is sole owner of Unitech International, L.L.C., a Golden, Colorado based export-importer of low-tech electronic and medical devices primarily manufactured in China. From 1992 until January of 1999 he served as Vice President and later President of Polymedica Healthcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Polymedica, Inc. Polymedica, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of consumer home healthcare products and the largest U.S. provider of private label digital thermometers. During Mr. Zappa's tenure, Polymedica's sales increased from $3,000,000 annually, to $15,000,000. Polymedica and Unitech distribute product through retail chains including WalMart, Target, Safeway, Eckard, and Rite-Aid. Mr. Zappa sold his interest in Polymedica in 1999 at which time he founded Unitech. Prior to Polymedica Mr. Zappa was employed in management and sales positions at several technology/electronics distribution companies. Mr. Zappa is also an Officer, Director and shareholder of Mile High Foliage, Inc. Mr. Zappa believes strongly in the opportunities currently available through the Internet.
Steven Muth

Steven Muth has been a stockbroker associated with several brokerage firms since 1987. Mr. Muth is currently a registered representative with Kirkpatrick Pettis, Inc. a Mutual of Omaha owned NYSE listed investment brokerage firm. He has co-hosted the investment radio talk show, the "Investment Value Hour" on Denver based 760 KTOK since February, 1999. Mr. Muth is also an officer of two entities that invest in Real Estate and Precious metals. Mr. Muth has witnessed first hand, the effects the Internet has had on the economy, the capital markets, and the way people invest money.
