JULY 21, 2000 COMMONWEALTH ENERGY CORP. E-MAIL LIST UPDATE: Commonwealth's Engineers in Texas confirmed today that the FRAC of the Bossier Formation in the BEDSOLE #1 Well will begin at 9:00 A.M. Texas time on Thursday, July 27, 2000. The FRAC will take approximately 4 to 6 hours to complete. The site has been prepared and is ready for the equipment to move on location. All flow testing equipment will also be on location on July 27th. The Flow Test results will be announced by way of News Release as soon as the Company receives them.
