More after-hours shenanigans in MU today?

Apparently there was no paint left for MU today, and the last trade after hours was close to the NYSE close. But then magically both the bid and ask were raised almost 7 points. A few other semis (TXN, LSI) exhibited similar behavior.

Is this just a feed error? If not, who can raise the bid 7 points without getting a bunch of stock dumped on them? How do they do it? Why? Is this somehow related to options expiration?
