IT professional services will come back into favor-
I believe this will occur after the new economy hype wears down the high flyers and money managers start looking for some fundamental value. PER is a solid prospect assuming it keeps its staff busy and happy. I am sure about the first part but I do not know if the second part is true. Maybe you have some personal experience here.
