Guess I should have read your's before proffering mine.

I agree about Att service quality. It's fast and good. A year ago we got outside contractors because there wasn't anyone else. In the interim Att has had a chance to train its own crews. What a difference. They're ambassadors of cable and they want to impress you with how competent they are.
