Let me add to the DD...management reported at the recent annual meeting that revenue growth would be in the order of about $130M for next year(to $130M)and that added capacity was needed to meet demands. Nothing has been said to lower these projections and I'm like you....lawsuits will be forthcoming and I for the first time will joint it(I've had the opportunity in the past on several but didn't want to make the lawyers rich...."tain't the case this time" because of what I've got riding on this company. I would like to think that because of the new offering and Q coming together, it might be taking more time to get documents in place. Plus, you would have to think that they knew Q numbers when they filed for the new offering and even one of the three stoooges would have known better than to try and get an offering done with disaster around the corner. And finally, one must remember...based on historical filings..they aren't late this Q. Hotter than blazes here in Texas and I'm off to Arizona tomorrow. I know! In Arizona it is a "dry" heat. Yeah!
