Hi Chris,

Looks like you made a good move when you did.

We heard the rumor about RH before the filing, so it was not particularly new news.

My personal belief is that those of us who have held shares to this point, are about to find out what PK intends. It's his call, and I know of no one who has received any word from him. The share price has collapsed to its 52 week lows, and there will be no movement until a signal from PK comes down. Some have said he planned things to go this way, others say its the natural consequences of a startup with no cash to move forward. There's arguments on both sides, and obviously the naysayers are now at the advantage.

I believe the co has created the world standard in plastic pallets for the future. We just don't know who will build them...... or who will benefit from it. Right now, it appears no one is! Hopefully, fate will put us in the know one way or the other, and soon (if we are lucky!).
