Wyatt: the sell is listed here....... smallcapresearch.com With respect to rationale, I have only one guess. Mr. Beck doesn't sound like he would have much expertise on the comparative valuation of biotechs..... maybe he focuses on price movement relative to news re. the basic business, and perhaps he got nervous about how last quarter's backlog and shipping issues might "look" in the next quarterly? BTW.. regarding recent discussion of cash-in-bank and the credit facility.... I believe that another $0.5 million was due 6/30 from Novo. I'll go back and check to make certain, and any readers should do the same. Rick
