Hi NightOwl; Thanks for the link, I misplaced it and have been looking all over for it. There is a lot of material to be heard there. I find that the best way to do it is to set it up on the computer and then go spend your time doing something else with the presentation in the background. The most significant one, for the near term future of DDR, is the Memory Power Considerations by Jeff Janzen of Micron Technology and the Memory Solutions for Mobile Platforms by Bill Gervasi of Jedec and Transmeta. These explain why I think DDR is likely to show up (as a really useful technology rather than mostly a marketing gimmick) first in mobile, rather than desktop or workstation. -- Carl
