Interesting that your Coolpix came with a Lexar card, while my 800 came with an 8mb Nikon-labeled SanDisk card. Considering the relationship that SNDK has had with Nikon, I was a bit surprised. But I guess their allocation still forces them to source CF from a SanDisk competitor and defendant. If you showed up at the Nikon factory in the middle of the night with a truckload of hot CF's - I'm sure you could strike up a deal.
