BindView Development (BVEW; $12 5/8; D-2-1-9) Solid Q2 Results Expected (Mark Fernandes 415-676-3521)
• We believe that BindView is well on its way back from its Q1 problems. We expect the company to modestly exceed
our Q2 revenue estimate of $20.6M with earnings upside of 1-2 cents over our loss estimate of 1 cent.
• We believe that the Entevo acquisition is beginning to contribute materially to revenue. In addition, the combined and
strengthened sales force is more effective in selling both the legacy BindView products and the new Entevo products.
• Given the solid results expected in Q2, along with a more robust pipeline and a revamped sales force, we reiterate our
Accumulate rating and 12-18 month price objective of $20. While the stock has has a nice run in the past few weeks, we
believe that there is further upside potential for an increase in the stock price based on the bright outlook.
