kc-

I'm not sure which is considered the primary SS#---I believe it was my son's, at least that was my intention when I opened the account, to add a new SS# to the mix. I think gains will be reported to IRS under my son's #, and then some funky rules kick in about gains for minors---something like 600 is tax exempt, then a certain amount (I think a few K) is taxed at the minor's rate based on his income, and then the rest is taxed at the parent's rate. Other's might know better, this is my first year with the bambino...

Anyway, the account got allocated quickly after it was opened, but hasn't since, even though I held OTGS more than the 30 days.
