I don't agree that STLW is a must own for that reason (even though I am currently long).

I have seen a lot of your posts on RB, and agree with just about all of your posts, so I may be just misunderstanding what you are saying.

This wording in the prospectus is required by law, and I have seen it almost verbatim in other spinoffs, such as COMS/PALM. They are just not allowed to guarantee the tax free ruling OR the spinoff, though they are both a 98% done deal.
