matthew david-- panasonic, JVC,etc. are testing the Cube chip as we write. How do you or anyone else know what the results are from these qual. tests? I'll say one additional thing re. this issue-- when Samsung and Aiwa come out in late October/early November with their units under $400 what do you think these other companies will do at that time? Not much --too late! The Panasonics ,and JVCs aren't stupid -- my guess is they will come to C-Cube in time for the the Xmas buying spree. I surely hope so. Just my opinion on this issue.
