I agree completely with your assessment of the effects of a good or bad quarter. The one comment is that NETP is very fairly valued right now, by which I mean that from here as the company grows, the value will grow to match. Some companies out there are so absurdly valued that the stocks will even go down with a good quarter if sales aren't up 600%. We don't have that problem, and thus if the sales grow 200% in the next year, the stock should, too. Thus I don't expect it to "languish" for years.

One other note is that virtually all IPOs significantly underperform the market over the next year or two, historically. If you took a cross section of the IPOs of a year ago you'd find that most have performed worse than NETP, so I don't think that focusing on the few that have outperformed NETP is constructive. Instead I think the focus should be on how fast sales will grow from here, and how soon they will be profitable.

I see sales growth rates slowly tapering down from here, but still remaining over 200% a year, and I see breakeven by Q3 next year. I believe that the stock price will grow at a similar rate to sales from here, and will hit 35-50 within a year.
