Scott,

So what we have is divided groups....some saying a sell-off is ineviatble, and could be a real doozy, while others saying the market is going noplace but up with a couple of little headfakes along the way.

It seems the more DD I do, the more I analyze things, the more confused I get. I see good points for both sides and personally, I am stumped. My gut says we have a sell-off simply because we always have, it's expected ( lots of folks are already planning on going to cash...most want to beat the fall and will be selling at first signs of trouble, or into rally's) and because frankly, I dont think thig big boys are done teaching the littel boys a lesson. Did you know margin level is at it's HIGHEST point right now. Sheez, you would think people would learn, but whats happening is alot of people lost alot of money due to margin. Their attitude now is that they must use margin to make up for the losses incurred or they will never catch up.

Anyway, I am as perplexed as ever and have no idea what to do. I see some good buys right now, but am hesitant to put money in. On the flip side, most of my stuff is so depressed, I just can't see selling so low.

I guess I am going to sit and watch and be ready to act, one way or the other.

Keith
