We are currently using Oracle as our companies software system. Oracle seems more suitable for large companies that can afford to hire people to maintain this very expensive and non-user friendly application. I was on the committee that voted for Oracle software and I'm sad to say that I made the wrong choice. Oracle doesn't come out of the box like their salespeople represented. I've dealt with Fox-Base, Mantracks, Qube and Oracle. My best experience using corporate software was Qube. Oracle is cumbersome, you must go into several screens to find data that should be in a common center.
