I'll second that statement. An expand on "Rational thinking, in any form whatsoever, was absent in the semi-equips last week." Its not just last week and its not just in semi-equips. It is all around and all over.

Personally I think one of the biggest problems is that the mutual funds are chasing performance worse than ever. They are chasing the popular momentum plays and bailing from the momentum down ones. Add a healthy dose of sitting on cash as well.
