All the news this week is good.
* On the stock side, the information that we have compiled with regard to the issuance of the iNetPartners dividend and the listing of share ownership in the float (both NOBO and OBO), has produced some factual information with regard to potential short positions.
* We've entered into a contractual arrangement with a technologically proficient public relations firm that uses their hi-tech equipment to analyze our daily trading activity. They have advised us that there could be as much as a 7-million share short position in our stock. We're going to be working with them in depth to eat through this short position over the next 60 to 90 days. I feel very confident we have finally found a winning combination: being able to put out continuing solid news and the right PR organization that understands what it will take to turn our stock around. Let's watch what happens over the next 60 days.
* We expect to have a substantial 2nd quarter report, which we will send to you as soon as it is available.
* Vir-Tek has landed a couple of new contracts, which is good for them and for us as well.
* In preparation for my two-week European trip coming up in August, I have set up a series of important meetings for this coming week. I'm feeling very confident about what we will be able to accomplish in Europe, especially with our financial partner in Vienna, Austria.
* We are moving forward with the soccer rollup. I spent this week setting in motion the organizational chart and the administrative processes to ensure that the rollup will take place within this quarter, probably in September.
* On the real estate front, we are in the final due diligence process with a new homebuilder on our next 140 residential lots in San Jacinto, plus we're close to tying up the land for our first soccer stadium in San Diego, and a second one is coming right along for the Riverside Elite. This stadium project is heavily supported by the city of Fontana.
This is a time of growth and excitement at Peacock and I'm delighted and encouraged by your support and feedback. Keep it coming!
Yours,
Steve
