PictureTel Corporation (Nasdaq: PCTL) has been basing at low levels for the last several months. Over the last several days the price area of 4 1/4 has been serving as resistance for PCTL. Should PCTL breakout on strong volume the chart would suggest looking for an opportunity to go long with a tight stop.
