Bart,

I have just finished reading the 10Q form from Edgar filed 6/19/96. There are a number of correlations between what Paul has reported and what the document filed suggests.

What concerns me is that there are some "gotchas" that raised their pretty little head in several sections of that document.

a. SW did renegotiate the terms of its credit with Imperial Bank
(heretofore known as BANK), and does have to pay $191K on June 30,
1996. It also reports it has $290K in cash, so it can cover that
part of the debt. However, it does owe $1M by 12/31/96...to be
paid in full.

b. A number of places it warned that if circumstances didn't permit, it may have to cease operations.

I would like to be bullish on their prospects (since I own some shares), but I am concerned that it hasn't yet turned the corner. Can anyone suggest how it has? Thanks, Kent.
