C, out of those 85 new offerings you can bet that a lot of garbage is in the field. Futhermore, I doubt we are going to see the rockets of 98 (I-nut) and 99 (telecom) at least not in those sectors. That's not to say a few won't be winners, however one will need be discriminating. As with any stock at any time, buy good businesses priced reasonably (with a next year peg ratio below 1 ) and its hard to get hurt.
