Steve, yeah right. the first group of Sw guys at nexabit had never written a line of routing code in their lives. why not head over to the JNPR or CSCO threads and make your claim about the sw implementation. there is a reason why CSCO owns the routing market and why JNPR has been the only successful company to take market share in that space. You sound like you work there. It is going to be awfully lonely there soon. Hopefully you are vested, because otherwise you will be left with a tremendous amount of work and no way in hell to replace the lost people. tp
