re. PWEB, a recent personal BK for CEO. It was less than 3
years ago, and only about 1 1/2 years before he got a shell
to make PWEB go public via a reverse merger.

From the 10k:
Mr. Larsen filed a Chapter 7 voluntary
bankruptcy petition in May of 1997 in the District of Utah Central Division of
the United States Bankruptcy Court, which was discharged in September of 1997.

I'd guess the company he founded went belly up.

Here's the docket for the BK. I've X'd out the social security
number, even though the info I post below is public info.
