I spoke with Connie at Broad Capital yesterday. Needless to say the phones were ringing and she had her hands full. Evidently Brian Larson sold 50,000 shares yesterday. He has five children and is building a new home. This represents 2.9% of his holdings (per my calculations). The follow through today has been a non-event (so far). The stock price decline is a little disconcerting. Mark
