The same way it works with serial killers, racists and bigots: it doesn't and that's why we have prisons and wars. Unfortunately, there has never been one principle, ideal or value that all humans have supported. Does that mean we should give up espousing a principle or value, like the Golden Rule, which is worthy for all humans to follow?
