No, but I suspect from what you've said that you haven't really studied and thought about the problem. I suggest you read a good book on ethics and learn about such things as rule utilitarianism. Similarly, Microsoft would do well to learn from what others have done and are doing and to get out of the "NIH" mode. JMHO.
