enabling customers to harness carrier-class performance management capabilities across their optical
network.
CrossKeys Resolve® software will interface with the SILVX Optical Network Management System (ONMS),
giving service providers the necessary tools to guarantee network performance to customers. This means that
service providers are able to provide service assurance to their customers because they have a complete view of
services being offered, and how the network is performing. CrossKeys Resolve brings these two views together to
allow an integrated approach to performance management.
