Hi Gregory,P1 released what I would call a great earnings report. However, the way the stock sold off this morning, I must believe that expectations exceeded what P1 was able to deliver. The only negative that I saw in the report was that Y/Y gross margins went from 41.30% to37.36%, a decrease of 1.94%. However, this was caused by component shortages and raising prices. P1 was able to recover some of the increases from their customer, but not all. However, this is an industry wide problem, and not specific to P1. So, I just can't believe that this is the reason for the sell-off. The sell-off seems two have the appearance of momentum players dumping the stock. The cc at 8:00am PDT should be interesting.
