Hi Chen:..Because of the norrow band of the DOW stocks I don't
pay a lot of attention to it except the divergence and convergence
of it with others..alone it's up and downs mean nothing to me as
I'm not in the Dow..how it does in respect to the broad market..
or say to the small caps..like is the tide lifting all boats,
( money coming into the market ) or is the money just changing
places..bonds are a better leading indicator than the Dow.
Strange stuff going on in the bond market now...I don't know how
to read it..it's confused..if any body reads it or gets it right
it'l be dumb luck..except in a small sector "the muni bonds" are
a good short right now ( but just for the big boys ) the cost
involved for me to short them would not be justified with the
small moves they make..but thoes small moves add up to a lot for
the really big players who can trade in them for a song.
