Hi Koan,

I received an e-mail from a friend who said my post re:ITF was ambiguous. He's right. I should have been more specific. To be specific:

Feb. 16th - the participation we saw Friday after close was first announced.
April 13th - a 6.75 million share and warrant deal at .75 and .90 was announced to be sold by Haywood on a best efforts basis. This deal was not completed as stock prices ebbed.
June 26th - the Haywood April 13th deal was announced as cancelled.
Last Friday, the Feb. 16th deal was announced as accepted for filing.

In other words, the shares mentioned in Friday's announcement are not necessarily over-hanging the market. Haven't checked but would guess many or most were already absorbed in previous trading.

As mentioned earlier, this is not a negative for future market prospects of ITF and we now know the market didn't perceive it as one. Furthermore, despite claims by a poster, I believe no new participation is planned by PFN.
