Hi Ray One also tires of fighting short term thinking rampant in industrial R&D Especially now. Funny you should mention going back to Stanford. An old boss of mine did just that, and from the same bay-area company, a Stanford grad went off to be a professor in Korea. And yet another old boss went from professordom to that company.
