	   LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2000--SearchUP Inc., a
Hawaii-based corporation focused on the development of
Internet-related services, plans to insert the Concierge Personal
Communications Attendant (PCA) into its client base of more than
100,000 clients, it was announced today by Concierge CEO Allen Kahn.
	   Concierge is in the process of merging with Starfest Inc.
(OTCBB:SFST).
	   SearchUP Vice President Michael Melcher, who recently tested the
PCA, said: "I found the software easy to install, user friendly and
highly accurate voice recognition. When I called the PCA the first

	   SearchUP is the developer of SearchUP.com, an Internet directory
service, that is the backbone of the company's Internet-related

	   SearchUP.com has created a user-friendly environment based on the
unique URL Position Manager(R). SearchUP.com integrates the phone book
advertisement model with an Internet directory service allowing

	   Concierge Inc. was founded by Allen E. Kahn to design, market and
