Neo~

I like the idea for several reasons

have taken a back seat to all the efforts Shootie and Neeny have done to affectionately honor Edwarda's memory. not that I didn't want to help, but to be perfectly honest, I've taken her death hard, harder than I thought I would. nothing has 'felt' right to me or hit me as the 'right' thing to do

nor did I want to get involved in any way in a controversy regarding how to memorialize her. I think it would be the last thing she would have wanted

I've thought the Hunger Site would be too much a burden for anyone to organize and keep going with any kind of continuity. and although Edwarda very much approved and supported it, it wasn't her 'pet' charity/project

the theater group was a wonderful idea, yet didn't seem 'connected' to SI and to those who want to honor her memory and keep her spirit in our orb

the idea of an 'EDWARDA' award, given annually to an SI poster does strike me as a fit and proper way to remember her, here, among those who knew and cared about her. I would like the award category to represent her essence on SI, which to me was warm, sassy, kind, smart and fun loving

that's my two cents worth

thank you for asking Neo, soft smile

I miss her and SI seems a little less with her gone

foxy
