Dennis,

Yesterday I went to PHILLY and picked up 15 pounds of wonton and dumpling skins plus plenty of other stuff.

Im now working on a new recipe for the filling, and guess what its not Chinese style:

1 lb HOT/SPICY SAUSAGE MEAT
1 lb hamburger meat
1 large onion
1/2 pound frozen peas
1 TBS crushed garlic
1 1/2 eggs
salt & pepper
2 TBS worshire sauce, however one spells it
1 TBS sugar
and my secret ingredient to make the filling tender:
3-4 TBS of pancake mix and 2 TBS bread crumbs

dont forget to chop the onion finely otherwise it wont fit into one dumpling skin. gggggggggg

Also, how many did I get with my 1 1/2 eggs. gggggggg Just use 2 eggs.
