RT et al. get to keep management positions, paycheck, perks, perks, perks, options, warrants, perks, perks, perks, and janitorial services, perks, perks, eprks... etc. etc.
DB gets to put in their $260MM for guarranteed marketing rights.
We the shareholders go along for the ride with no more dillution.
Did, I forget anyone???
Oh, ya, DB also buys out Aber for another 33% in marketing share and wins the pending lawsuit for a rebate of $50MM :-).
