I can't find anything but the company registration. Since the address is the same as MVIS HQ, it seems reasonable to suppose that Lumera is a subsidiary of MVIS. Somebody could call IR if they were really interested, I suppose.

More cloak and dagger stuff in Bothell, just what we need.
