Dear Steve and all: here is what bothers me. The Registering Agent is Rickowski. Why wouldnt it be the same agent as MVIS if this were a subsidiary? Maybe he uses the company address for his own business, I know I did when I was in business. I dont know anyone at IR and I know there are people on this thread who do. I wish one of you would pursue this and get back to us. I would like to know the purpose of the company, who owns it, is there any conflict of interest, that sort of thing. JDN
