CDWC played the SRCM game of not letting anyone other than favored street analysts ask questions. Not a chance to ask about $18 M of operating cash flow being associated with a "tax benifit from stock option and restricted stock transactions." Net income for the Qtr was $40 million, thus if net income and oeprating cash flow were equivelent (which they sohoul be but are not at CDWC), option exercise represented half of operating cash flow.

And what about that off balance sheet JV with First Portland? How is the credit quality and what is the recourse to CDWC?
