Changing the World....

>>The world hasn't changed spit. Taking credit for a "better world" is an ego trip. Just because you put a different suit of cloths on the planet doesn't necessarily make it a better place.>>

Does that mean you simply do nothing?

What are you waiting for?

You have the power to change your perception of the world. How you perceive things has a powerful influence on the actions you make.

If you perceive the world has "dog eat dog" you will act in ways which validate and affirm "dog eat dog."

If you perceive the world as a wonderful, unlimited treasure chest of blessings you will act in ways which validate and affirm those wonderful, unlimited treasures and blessing.

If you perceive a child as a pain in the neck you will act like he/she is a pain in the neck.

If you perceive a child as being an innocent, wonderful, creative vessel of surprises, hope and energy you will act in ways which affirm/validate this perception.

I firmly believe that most of our problems are figments of our individual and collective imaginations. I call this the Wizard of Oz effect. We've bought the Wizard's story: smoke and fire and we're all too scared and frightened to pull the curtain and get to know him for the human being he really is.

Peace.

GO!!
