Addendum to my message 24207:
(1)I am sorry that I made a mistake about AFSI's sales in 1999. It was $70,024 not $65,000.

(2)AFSI's loss of $5,006,986 in 1999 was mainly from a goodwill write-off. The reason was that Taiwanese suckers paid ZSUN $5,000,000 to own 70% of Asia4sale Ltd. or 63% stake of AFSI which had no meaningful assets. In 1999, some of the operating loss of Asia4sale.com was hidden in ZSUN's unallocated G&A expenses. In 2000, all those expenses popped out. Hence, AFSI reported a net loss of $138,702 in the first quarter of 2,000.

(3)Who actually received $5,000,000? It is not very difficult to figure out. Scott Elder et al received $6,000,000 payout from the "super performance" of OIA in May 2000.
