No it is not.

It was also not ok with me to observe what prompted my PM's with SIBob to begin with.

And no I wasn't particularly happy at the responses myself.

I was passing on what I had been told.

I also would prefer to see the TOU's that you quoted adhered to.

I have also discoverd that many times when you just simply ignore the bad behaviour of a child, they soon discover that since it does not get them the attention they are attempting to illicit that they simply give it up.
