Toby, I watch the news quite often on CMOZ. My brother wasn't to impressed. He questioned the management. They are going to have an open house soon, maybe some one will comment. For me this is a hold - I will wait it out. If I were really interested, todays price would be wind fall. But I haven't taken the initiative to investigate. I'll follow this thread more closely. Buddy
