Thanks for your polite, informative reply. My company would certainly have used the Select route as the upgrade would have been for 1500+ computers. We have exactly the same software, just CPUs 5 times faster with more memory and bigger screens. How much more would we have paid MSFT? Remember we erased the hard drives on all our old computers as part of whatever deal we had.
