Mike, Seems like you've pretty well summed it up, from my point of view as well. One last important point, cable operators can strip the signal from the VBI all they want. In the end the 2-way paging system makes stripping a moot point, since it becomes the means to provide the data to the consumer regardless of VBI content. Since the 2-way paging system is the basis for the interactive portion of the IPG, this most assuredly is where GMST will focus their attention. I'm convinced AOL has TW on this issue, they WILL make GMST's system a part of their offerings. They know the strength of the patents prevents any logical alternative, and ignoring or not participating is simply not an option. One last point, on the technical front: $56 to $57 looks good to enter all, enjoy the ride :o) Regards, JB
