Jozef... One last try. If I came on this thread and said you were involved in a fraudulent and criminal scheme, would that disturb you? Would it further disturb you if you asked me for clarification twice on what I said and I didn't respond to you,would that bother you? What would you do to clear your name? If you said, "I'm going to defend myself and get an attorney", would you consider that a threat or a reasonable action to clear your name? If you said I'm going to do everything in my power to stop Richard from saying these things about me. Would you consider that a threat or a reasonable position to take in defending your good reputation? I could go on Jozef but I won't. I am a stockholder in Rambus... that is MY company... I own a piece of it... and if you make libelous remarks about the company you better be able to back them up. Think about it.
